Return Policy

FNATIC RETURN POLICY

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, washed, worn, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (confirmation email).

Exclusions: Sale or Clearance Items: All sales are final on items that are marked down or on sale.

Return Period: You may return items within 30 days of the date of purchase for either an exchange, refund or US Fnatic Shop credit. You must have an account on the US Fnatic Shop to receive US Fnatic Shop credit.

Shipping: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a printable shipping label and address to send your return item(s) to. You may be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Fnatic Gear, Inc. may, at its discretion, pay for shipping to return the item(s) to you. Shipping costs incurred in the original order are non-refundable. If Fnatic Gear determines that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item(s) to reach you, may vary. If you are paying for shipment of an item valued $75 or over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Receipt & Notification: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as follows:

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
If your return is rejected due to not being in its original condition, used, or the item has damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we will send the item back to you and will not issue a refund.

Defective Items: If the item is defective, please email us at: shop@fnatic.com with the full explanation and we will email you back for the return procedures.

Late Or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 14 business days of receiving your return email notification, we suggest you do the following prior to contacting Fnatic for refund assistance:

Please first check your bank account again to confirm whether the refund has been processed; and
Consider contacting your credit card company to check on the status, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@fnatic.com.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, US Fnatic Shop credit will be issued to your US Fnatic Shop account (you must already have or create an account on the US Fnatic Shop).

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser (please note that if you go this route, the original purchaser will become aware that you returned their gift(s).)

FNATIC GEAR, INC SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS OR DEMANDS PERTAINING TO THE RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE THAT IS SUBMITTED FOR PROCESSING AFTER THE APPLICABLE RETURN PERIOD SPECIFIED IN THIS RETURN POLICY.
