We recognize that your privacy is very important. This privacy policy covers Fnatic’s policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use access and initiate transactions on (the “Site”) or anytime you interact with Fnatic.

For purposes of this Policy, the term “Services” refers to the software, services and products made available through the Site. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Site. “You” refers to you, as a user of the Service.

Each time you use the Site, you consent to the collection, use and storage of the collected information as described in this Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully and contact if you have any questions.

1. What information does Fnatic collect on the Site?

Account registration is optional and users may access the Site as a guest at any time. Users can optionally request Fnatic to save their email for faster checkout.

User Account: Users may create an account by providing their name, email address, and password or by signing in with their Facebook Account.

Registration By Email: When you register to use the Site via your email address, you will be asked to provide your email address, name and password.

Registration By Facebook: When you register to use the Site via Facebook, you will be asked permission to share your public profile information with Fnatic. Users should review Facebook’s Data Policy for more information about Facebook’s data collection practices

Purchases: When you purchase products on the Site, Fnatic will collect shipment and payment information as follows:

Shipment: Users will be required to provide a shipping address for the delivery of products purchased on the Site, including an email and/or phone number in the event Fnatic or the common carrier needs to contact you to facilitate delivery of the products to the appropriate location. At your request, shipping information may be saved for faster checkout on future orders.

Payment: Fnatic requires users to input the following payment information:
credit or debit card information, first and last name, billing address, card expiration date, and three-digit security code; or
PayPal or Amazon Payment Services account information.

Email Addresses & Contact Information: Users may also provide their email address and/or other contact information to Fnatic to obtain discount codes, subscribe to its newsletters, to contact us through the Site with questions about our Site and Services, or to reset a password. When users make a purchase, users will automatically be subscribed to Fnatic’s newsletters. Users can opt-out through the unsubscribe link in that newsletter.

Log Data & Cookies: In an effort to improve the quality of the Services, our servers automatically record information (“Log Data”), which may include your Internet Protocol address, the address of the web pages you visited that had certain Site features, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, how you used the Site, and cookie data. Depending on how you access the Service, we may track information using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. Sending a cookie to a user’s browser enables us to collect Non-Personal information about that user and keep a record of the user’s preferences when utilizing our services, both on an individual and aggregate basis. For example, we may use cookies to store your language preferences or other Site settings so you don‘t have to set them up every time you visit the Site. Some of the cookies we use are associated with your Site account (including personal information about you, such as the email address you gave us), and other cookies are not. The Site may use both persistent and session cookies; persistent cookies remain on your computer after you close your session and until you delete them, while session cookies expire when you close your browser.

2. Is Information Collected by or Disclosed to Third Parties by using the Site?

Shopify: Fnatic’s Site is powered by Shopify, a commerce company that provides software and retail point of sale systems for online stores and merchants. Shopify collects our customers’ name, email, shipping and billing address, payment details, company name, phone number, IP address and device data to enable the shopping capabilities of the Site, including supporting and processing orders, authentication and processing payments. This information is also used to improve Shopify’s Services. Information is collected by Shopify when Fnatic’s customers use or access the Shopify services through the Site, such as when a customer visits the Site, places an order, or signs up for an account on the Site. You should review Shopify's Privacy Policy for more information about their data collection practices.

Google Analytics: Fnatic utilizes Google Analytics to access anonymous data to help us improve our Services and customize the user experience. Google Analytics is a web analytics tool collects information anonymously. It provides a report to Fnatic with website trends without identifying individual visitors. Site usage is tracked using Google Analytics in accordance with their Privacy Policy. However, if you do not want your data to be used by Google Analytics, you may opt-out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Interest-Based Advertising: Cookies may also be used for the purpose of advertising the Services on third party websites through a technique known as ‘Retargeting’ or ‘Remarketing’ - cookies used for the purpose of advertising contain only non-personal information. When you visit the Site, our third party advertising partners may place a cookie on your browser, which may be used to target relevant advertisements to you when you visit third party websites. User may opt-out from receiving targeted advertisements by visiting the (1) Network Advertising Consumer Opt-Out page, (2) Digital Advertising Alliance Opt-Out page, and/or (3) Control Your Google Ads page.

Social Media Advertising: Fnatic may also send custom based advertising through your Instagram and Facebook social media accounts. See the Facebook and Instagram Opt-Out Instructions for more information on how to opt-out from receiving such ads.

Credit or Debit Card Information: Fnatic does not itself store debit or credit card information on its servers. Fnatic may utilizes the following payment processors to process purchases on the Site: (1) Shopify Payments, powered by Stripe, (2) PayPal, and/or (3) Amazon Payment Services. Shipping Information: Fnatic utilizes Amazon Fulfillment by Amazon for shipping the majority of orders. Utilizing this service, Fnatic will send its products and shipping information to Amazon to pack and ship them to our customers. Users should review Amazon's Privacy Notice for more information about their data collection and use practices. Fnatic may also utilize Shipwire to fulfills some orders. Customer Communications: Fnatic utilizes MailChimp to assist in customizing its email marketing campaigns to its customers. Users should review MailChimp's Privacy Policy for more information about their data collection and use practices.

Social Plug-Ins: Users may share their Fnatic experiences on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. Users should click on the hyperlinks to review the applicable privacy policies for more detail about information collected from these sites.

Fraud Prevention: Fnatic uses Signifyd’s Fraud Screening Services to help Fnatic determine whether to accept or decline an order. Users should review Signifyd's Privacy Policy for more information on their data collection and use practices.

Other Potential Third Party Disclosures: Information may also be disclosed to third parties (1) as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process, (2) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request, or (3) if Fnatic is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify users (i) about law enforcement or court ordered requests for data unless otherwise prohibited by law, or (ii) if your personal information is to be disclosed or transferred and/or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

3. How is collected information used and stored?

Information collected may be utilized to (i) communicate with our users regarding their orders, including, order placement and shipping status, (ii) communicate with users regarding their account, including account activation and password reset instructions, (iii) facilitate or provide information regarding our Services and promotions; (iv) to communicate material changes to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; and/or (v) help us maintain and improve Services offered.

You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. When we send a promotional communication to a user, you can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional e-mail. Please note that notwithstanding the promotional preferences you indicate by unsubscribing, we may continue to send you administrative emails including, for example, periodic updates to our Privacy Policy.

Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your personal information with third parties without your consent. We do share personal information with vendors who are performing services for the Site, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. How Does Fnatic Comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act?

We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

5. How long does Fnatic retain information collected?

User Input Data: Fnatic will retain account and purchase data for a commercially reasonable time and as we deem necessary to provide our services to our users. If you would like us to delete your registered account information, please contact us at and we will respond in a reasonable time.

6. What is Fnatic’s Security Policy?

We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, destruction or alteration. For example, your account is protected by your account password and we urge you to take steps to keep your personal information safe by not disclosing your password and by logging out of your account after each use. We further protect your information from potential security breaches by implementing certain technological security measures including encryption and firewalls.

Fnatic utilizes only PCI-DSS compliant third party payment processors to ensure the security of your personal information. Users should review Stripe’s Security Policy, PayPal's Security Policy and/or Amazon Payments' Account and Transaction Security Policy for more information on their security practices.

Although we endeavor to provide reasonable security measure to protect the information we process and maintain, no security system can ever by 100% secure. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.

7. How Does Fnatic Respond to “Do Not Track” Signals?

“Do Not Track” is a feature enabled on some browsers that sends a signal to request that a web application disable its tracking or cross-site user tracking. At present, Fnatic does not respond to or alter its practices when a Do Not Track signal is received.

8. How Will I Be Notified of Changes to Your Privacy Policy?

If Fnatic makes material changes to its Privacy Policy, it will notify you by: (i) changing the Effective Date at the top of the Privacy Policy, (ii) sending an email to its account holders, and/or (iii) adding a statement to the Site.

You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
